Registration for the conference is now available at this link.

Registration Fees

  • Regular rate for professors, lecturers, and retired faculty: €150
  • Reduced rate for PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, and early-career scholars who do not hold a permanent academic position: €100

The conference fees include conference registration, coffee breaks, and lunches for both days.

All participants attending the conference are required to complete individual registration

Registration fees can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer (available only to tax residents outside Italy). After submitting the form, you will receive an email with instructions to complete the payment using your selected method. Please note that your registration will not be considered final until payment has been received.

Accepted papers will be formally included in the program only after the registration fee payment has been verified by the conference organizing committee. Only registered participants will receive all the information from the organizing committee and will be allowed to take part in the conference. It will not be possible to register during the conference.

Kindly be advised that participation is in-person only; online participation will not be available. 

During the registration process, please specify any dietary requirements so we can organize catering accordingly and ensure everyone’s needs are met.

Please note that registration fees will not be reimbursed should the participant be unable to attend.

Staff members from the University of Padova who wish to register using their research funds are kindly asked not to fill out the form above. Please contact info@digitalintimacies.eu to complete your registration.
